When choosing a product for your home it is very easy to get confused by the huge choice available to you. When you want to choose a product that matches your desire to do the right thing for the environment it often becomes even harder.
GoZilch aims to cut through all the noise, providing you with a curated list of products that wear their environmental credentials proudly, explaining exactly how and why these products are more environmentally friendly than their counterparts. Each product is carefully chosen to enhance our lives and make our world a little bit greener.
People who love the environment love zero. Zero is our favourite number. Environmentalists aim for zero discharges, zero impact, zero waste, the list goes on and on. GoZilch was born out of the need to help everyone, not just hard-core environmentalists, get closer to their magic number, to get closer to zero, to GoZilch.
About Deirdre Delaney
Deirdre Delaney has a degree in Environmental Management from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and as is perhaps best known in her role in Delaney Concrete and Bio-Crete, where she helps builders, architects, engineers and homeowners design, instal and maintain a suitable wastewater treatment and disposal system to meet their needs. Over the years she has realised that there are many different shades of green across the spectrum of caring for the environment, and many many layers of confusion when it comes to choosing the right product for our homes and our lives. GoZilch is a project where she attempts to bring her favourite environmentally friendly products to a wide audience who need a simple and pain free way to care more for the world around them.
